What is the return policy?
Your satisfaction is everything to us. If you're not completely happy with your Munako Organics product, we'll make it right, no hassle, no stress.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Simply reach out to us at hello@munako-organics.co.za and we'll arrange collection from you at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned item, you can choose either a full refund to your account or a replacement product shipped straight back to you, also at our cost.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and at least 75% unused. We're unable to process returns on items that have been fully used.

Can I use these products on relaxed hair?
Yes, you can. Our products are designed to nourish and support all hair types, including relaxed hair, without weighing it down.
When will I get my order?
We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. The moment it's on its way, you'll receive an email with all your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the journey. Delivery is typically within 7 days, though times may vary slightly depending on your area.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard Shipping is R50 nationwide. If you’re in Pietermaritzburg or Hilton, delivery is completely free, we will hand deliver it to you!
